REDWOOD CITY, California – Priscila "Precy" Moreto, a Filipino city worker was killed after being run over by a tour bus in front of
San Francisco City Hall last Friday. Sixty-eight-year-old San Francisco resident was crossing the street in front of City Hall with a group of people when she was hit by a tour bus that resembled a San Francisco cable car.
